Graham believes in demystifying leadership and that with encouragement, many people can provide much-needed leadership even though they don’t initially believe it.
This view has been confirmed by consultancy and leadership development assignments across most sectors including financial services, manufacturing, retail and third sector.
From running factories to providing leadership to one of the world’s leading MBA programmes, Graham has a wealth of experience to bring to our clients. He has a unique ability to connect with individuals and teams in order to develop more effective organisations.
Recent assignments include leadership development and coaching for middle managers in an oil company, relationship building between teams in an information systems developer, and development and delivery of leadership programmes for senior volunteers in a major charity.
Initially trained as a mechanical engineer, Graham took his Master’s degree in Operations Research and Management at Imperial College. He has since trained as a psychotherapist and executive coach, using these approaches to work with leadership teams.
He is the co-author of three books, the most recent being Service Operations Management Edition 4 (Financial Times/Pearson). He is currently writing a Leadership/personal development book with the working title “More than Good Enough”.
